Important:

When sending repair items overnight for same day RUSH service DO NOT use Express Mail from the Postal Service. It does not arrive until mid afternoon at our location.
Only use UPS Next Day Air or Federal Express Priority (both these services arrive early enough in the day to allow same day turn-around on single items).

How it works:

1. Fill out the above shipping label.
2. Ship your regulator, control board, or keypad to us via your preferred carrier.
3. We will contact you when your item(s) have been repaired and to arrange for payment and return shipping.

Items sent to Flight Systems Inc. for test and/or repair will be held for a period of six months from the date received. The items will be discarded if there has been no response from our attempts to contact the sender.
