How it works:

1. Fill out the above information.
2. Ship your repair items to us via your preferred carrier.
3. We will contact you when repairs are completed to arrange payment and return shipping.

Notes:

• Rush Service: Please check the box on the form if you require rush service.
  A 25% fee will be applied to each rushed item. If the box is not checked, standard service will be assumed.
  For same-day RUSH service, DO NOT use Postal Express Mail. It arrives late in the day at our location.
  Use UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority for fastest service.


• Abandoned Items: Items sent to Flight Systems Inc. for test and/or repair will be held for a period of six months from the date received. The items will be discarded if there has been no response from our attempts to contact the sender.
