Once again, Flight Systems comes to the rescue! Over the years we have stepped up to support the industry with replacements for controls that Onan® has chosen to obsolete. Replacements for the obsoleted 300-0921, 300-0922 & 300-1188 Time Delay Modules are in stock for immediate shipment!

We also have recently introduced replacements for Onan® 300-4296 & 300-4297 Engine Controllers. While still available from Onan®, our versions are less than half the cost of the original and have a 2-year Warranty. Flight Systems has launched a rebuild program for Woodward® Governor Controls. Initial part numbers in the program are DPG 2105, DPG 2101, and DPG 2201. All repaired units carry our 1-year Warranty.

Over the past several years we have – by popular request – added ASCO and other ATS Controls to our rebuild program, with several GE Zenith® part numbers coming on line over the winter. A new addition is the Cutler-Hammer® ACT400 Series Controller. These units can often be repaired (if the main processor is not damaged).

Engine Idle Limiter

This has been one of our hottest product releases in the past several years. It’s proven to save money on fuel and help keep you compliant. Flight Systems is happy to offer a test set for help during installation. You can plug the 57-A277-08 into the Engine Idle Limiter main harness and it will verify correct wiring on a new installation, or help troubleshoot an existing installation.

Cruisair SMX Repair Service

We are now repairing Cruise-Air SMXII control panels for Cruisair HVAC units. Compare $40 per repair to the cost of a new one. Quite a savings!

MetroCount Traffic Classifier System Repair Service
