Great News from Flight Systems! We now service Zenith Automatic Transfer Switch 50P2000 AND 50P3000 series boards installed in the MX50 and MX150 with burned out power sections as shown in the photo (most common failure) for $148.00.
Electrical surges and lightning strikes are most often the cause for failure and we have developed a service procedure that checks and replaces all affected components and returns them to 'as new' with original parts. In addition, we 100% replace the surge arrestor with a new one because our experience has shown even if it tests good, the original degrades over time and as it protects the board. The board is cleaned, burn damage repaired, tested and guaranteed for one year.
If the problem in your board is more extensive, we'll notify and you owe us nothing. We'll either return the board to you post paid or buy it from you for our core stock.
We're planning to offer full board rebuild price in the future as well (our engineers are working on it), but that's going to be a lot more expensive, take longer, and in most cases unnecessary since the majority of the problems with the 50P2000 series ATS lies within the power section.
